If your server or any monitored service on it is down, we will be the first to know. We will investigate the problem and take steps to correct it. Often minor issues can be resolved with a reboot, our response time on reboots is Guaranteed within 15 minutes!

Admin Work Time
Two hours of admin time are included with the plan each month.

Fast Response Time For Support Tickets
All technical tickets are responded to in less than one hour.

Within 24 Hour Resolution Time Guarantee for Support Tickets
Statistically, most tickets are completely resolved in less than 6 hours.

Firewall/VPN Configuration
We will setup and properly configure your firewall: Cisco ASA, Sonicwall, Juniper, Old fashion iptables, PFSense, Windows Firewall, etc. We will also setup a VPN (if needed) between your corporate office and our datacenter(s).

Server Software Upgrades
Kernel, Apache, PHP, Mysql, Exim, FTP, PERL, etc.

Control Panels Technical Issues
WHM/CPanel, Plesk, Directadmin: System updates, debugging errors, patching bugs, system compatibility checks, etc.

Software Installation/Modules installation
ZendOptimizer, Ioncube, GD, Curl, ImageMagick, Perl modules, etc.

Server Backup Restoration
If your server needs a restore, we will restore all of your backups to help return your server back to normal. This requires that you have a working backup solution in place. If you don’t have backups we can help you set them up and test them.

Disaster Recovery Planning and Implementation
If your deployment requires configuring a Disaster Recovery (DR) site, we will propose several options. for example our DR site in Las Vegas, Amazon cloud, or even your corporate or home office. Implementation time for DR is not included and will be billed accordingly.

Hack Recovery
If your server is hacked, we will determine the cause and rebuild your system from backups. This requires that you have a working backup solution in place.

Server Migration
If you are moving accounts from one server to another, we will migrate them for you from the old server to the new server. You must have root/administrator access on both the old server as well as the new server.
